Our nursing team

Your child’s care on the ward is primarily run by our nursing team, who also aim to provide an open and supportive atmosphere for the whole family. They will ensure that you and your child are informed and involved in your child’s care throughout your time at Great Ormond Street Hospital. 

Our nursing team comprises highly-skilled nurses, nursing associates and healthcare assistants, who are uniquely qualified and trained to work with children with rare and complex conditions from around the world.
