Celebrating our Ward Stars!
International and Private Care (I&PC) is excited to announce the launch of our quarterly staff recognition program for the Caterpillar, Butterfly, Bumblebee, and Hedgehog wards, with winners chosen at the end of March, June, September, and December.
This initiative celebrates the outstanding efforts and contributions of our colleagues, acknowledging their hard work and dedication, no matter their role.
Each winner will receive a coffee voucher as a token of appreciation, along with a certificate.
How It Works:
Nominations: All staff members are encouraged to nominate their colleagues who demonstrate exceptional performance and dedication. Nominations can be submitted in the box placed on the counter of every ward reception.
Quarterly Selection: Winners will be chosen in March, June, September, and December.
Criteria: Winners will be selected based on the content and impact of the nominations, rather than the number received. The ward manager and matron will review each nomination to ensure that the most deserving colleagues are recognised.
