Our English and Arabic speaking referral team is available Monday-Friday, 8.30am-6pm, and is here to make your referral process as smooth and efficient as possible. For more information about the process please read our guide.
We aim to respond to your referral request within two working days.
To begin the referral process please fill in the short form below. A representative will then contact you for more information. To enable us to ensure a smooth referral process, we will ask for an up-to-date medical report and as much information about the patient as possible before they travel.
If you would like more information or to speak to a member of staff before referring a patient, please contact us.
In order for us to process your referral more quickly, you may like to complete our more complete referral form. This comprehensive form asks for more complete details about the patient, including a medical history and records in English.
You can also download the International and Private Patients registration form and mail, fax or email your request and a copy of a recent medical report to Great Ormond Street Hospital International and Private Patients Service.
