At Great Ormond Street Hospital International and Private Patients Service, we aim to achieve a high standard in our clinical care as well as in all the services we provide for children and families.
It is very important to us that patients and their families are pleased with the care and service they receive from the hospital. We are continuously striving to improve the service we offer for our patients. To help achieve this we are always keen to hear from patients and their families to see that we have met their expectations while at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
If you do experience a problem with any of our services, there is a complaints system that you can use.
There are various ways you can get help, support and advice about any problems that occur:
- Talk to the doctor or nurse caring for your child.
- Talk to the person in charge of the ward or department.
- Visit the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (Pals) office, opposite the hospital shop.
